Delivery Costs
You can choose between two ways of delivery: standard and registered mail. Standard delivery is more economical, however finding the packet in the unfortunate and rare event of it getting lost, may prove very difficult. Registered mail provides a unique number to each packet, which helps to find it in case it’s lost. This does not mean that the packet is insured for loss. The delivery costs for both options can be seen in the tables below:

For example, if you live in the USA and you buy one item, you will pay 5€ for the delivery of your item. If you require two items, then you will pay the delivery charge for the first item (5€) plus the delivery price for one extra item (4€), a total cost of 9€.

In the category Europe the following countries are included: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
These prices are valid for up to 10 items. If you require more than 10 items, please contact us so we can find the best way of helping you.

Delivery Insurance
Delivery Insurance is not offered as a standard. However, if you require insurance, inform us of your address and the items you wish to purchase and we shall investigate whether it is possible to provide insurance and how much it will cost.

Delivery Timeframes
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from money clearance. You can check your order status on line, by logging into your account. The delivery time depends on the country the products are being delivered to. As an indication to delivery times, please see the table below. Delivery times may be longer close to Christmas and Easter holidays, due to workload at the post office.

Late Delivery

Packaging
We can gift wrap the products you ordered and write a text of your preference on the card free of charge.
Total or partial cancellation of your order
If you wish to cancel an order you have to e-mail us on contact@gonidou.gr or send us a fax on (0030) 27520 21704. You can cancel an order up until the order is ready for dispatch. You can check your order status on line. After dispatch, order cancellations are not possible.

Return Policy
Gonidou.gr gives you the right to return the products you bought, in the same condition they were when you received them, in a secure package along with the sales receipt, within 10 working days from the date you received them. In this case, you will have to incur the cost of returning the products, as well as the initial cost of delivering the products to you. The total value of the products you bought will be returned to you in the same way that the initial payment was made, for example if you had paid by credit card, the cost of the products will be credited back to your card. We shall return your money within 10 working days from the date we shall receive the goods.

You have to return the products either by registered parcel or by private courier, as crediting will not be possible if the parcel gets lost.
Products are being sent at customers’ risk. We suggest you choose registered delivery to enable us to find your parcel in case of loss at the post.
In case you are sent the incorrect products, please inform us by e-mailing us at contact@gonidou.gr and return the incorrect products back to us along with the receipt. We shall credit back to you the cost of returns and shall send you the correct products without any further cost incurred by you.
